Storing Your Cheesecake
Please keep refrigerated & freeze after 48 hours.
Whole cheesecakes can be kept wrapped, stored in an airtight container. Remove from the freezer to defrost in the fridge the evening before enjoying.
Mini cheesecakes: Can be stored in original container. For extra protection, place the container in a ziploc bag. When ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer 30 minutes prior to enjoying.
Full-sized slices from remaining cheesecake should first be frozen until the topping is set. Then, wrap in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container. Remove from the freezer to defrost in the fridge the evening before enjoying.
