Hello 2026

It is hard to believe that we are almost through February and I feel like I have reconnected with so many cheesecake lovers early this year and am extremely grateful! I will be closing up at the end of March to revisit that home renovation we were supposed to do last year which means this home based kitchen lab will have a needed rest and refresh. I am planning to upgrade some equipment, plan some interesting new flavours, maybe even try to set up some markets in the fall and winter. So, although my kitchen will be closed, I will be dreaming of cheesecake until we reopen. Until then, orders will be open with the last pick up day being March 21st.
